We are open 8 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday.

Storage can be accessed during our normal business hours. Access can also be arranged on weekends or evenings if necessary. Corporate customers can have 24-hour access if needed.

No security deposit is needed.

Our storage is month to month with no long-term contract necessary unless you are taking advantage of a special pricing deal. (e.g.; 1 month free with 6 month rental)

No, you only pay for the time you need. You can rent for as little as 1 month.

 

No, all of our storage is inside storage. Our facility is not suitable for RV's, boats or similar items.

Most Homeowner's or Renter's insurance policies cover your stored items but check with your insurance agent to be certain. Business customers please check with your insurer. We are not able to provide insurance and are not liable for stored items.

If you have a monthly storage bay rental there is no charge for handling carpets and pallets that fit in your space (some exceptions apply, inquire for details). Otherwise, there is a $15 charge per roll of rolled material or normal size pallet. Oversized items and pallets may be charged up to $50.
